HOW TO SAVE OUR WORLD

THIS IS OUR LAST PAPER USING GMAIL DOCS APPLICATION. I HOPE YOU ENJOY IT.

The world, we are living in, is in the edge of extinction or in other words it is going to its end soon if we do not change the way we are living in. all the animals, the human race and the cities are going to be destroyed. I think that we should find solutions, like using cleaner combustibles or to replace alcohol for oil substances; but this is not the whole solution; we have to do something else for the world, like being conscious of the situation of poor people, or the underdeveloped countries problems and their connection with the environmental problems the planet is experiencing; the answer have to be completed no segmented.

First we need to make big changes in our daily routine. like recycling, like using less water when we wash the dishes, brush our teeth or just take a shower, like using less energy or gas when we turn on the heating or the air conditioning, also we should share our car when we get mobilized to a common place with neighbors and friends, using metro and others massive transportation media or just walking more and cycling. Beside it would be good not only for the environment but also for our health, body and mind.

Then we have to change our capitalistic mind in order to create a new and less consumer, contaminant and destructive system in which people can live without worries about their children's and relatives' future.

REFLECTION ON EDUCATION

TODAY, BASED ON THE VIDEO A VISION OF THE STUDENT TODAY, WE ARE GOING TO CREATE A DEEP REFLECTION ABOUT THE WAY STUDENTS, IT MEANS YOU, ARE SEEING THE WORLD AND THE NEW PERSPECTIVES CONNECTED WITH TECHNOLOGY AND LIFE CHANGES.


Technology is a good way to improve education because it allows students to access knowledge in a more interactive, easier and funnier way, but we think technology is also bad because we put away other things like study, friends and family.

As students we spend more time in our own enjoyment than in things related to educational purpose or sports, which are very important to be healthy. We think, today we spent too much money on unnecessary luxury things and things that other people really need. so I thing that teachers will need to create other ways for the students to learn how to manage their time, money, and knowledge in order to be more organized every day and to help more and more people to get proficiency in every day task.

Also the students have to organize their time in order to improve the educational experience to make it more profitable. But that can’t be an individual job from teachers, it also needs a change in the family discipline and general social culture and view, the culture must improve the “settings” and reset the entire teenagers mind to this purpose. In conclusion, technology is good or bad depending on the use people give it.

IF I WON THE LOTTERY....I WOULD

I would travel around the world to go to unknown places in order to scape from this empty world of people without feelings and to free my soul. Then, I would buy a cottage in Jamaica to know the culture better and to live without worries for a long, long time. Finally, I would go back home to start and try again.

I would buy a big house, with an enormous entertainment room, with a big plasma TV, home theater and with the most comfortable ambient. The house would have at least two bowling flat lines and a bar. Another room, sound proof, would be used just for playing music with my drums and battery, two or three guitars, a piano, a bass with mics and the best possible sound.

THE BEST STORY EVER

HI, EVERYBODY. THIS WAS THE FIRST PAPER SAN IGNACIO STUDENTS AND I CREATED USING GMAIL DOCS. IT IS A SIMPLE MEANINGLESS STORY BUT EVERYBODY PARTICIPATED.

Last vacations, I visited my cousins in Russia. There, I drank so much Vodka that I fell into a cool river and I met a mermaid there, then, she invited me to a party. Next we went to make a movie, at first, we didn't have enough money so we had to work as waiters in a Pub. There I met another woman but she was also ugly and crazy. Then I told her: ¡don't worry! and I fell in love with her and we got married

MY BEST VACATIONS

My best holidays or vacations were the last ones; I was in Dominican Republic and it was the best experience of my life. I was with all my friends; we were 45 San Ignacio students. Every day we had parties, some on the beach, other in the hotel nightclub and other in a mall near to the hotel. In the afternoons, my friends and I took a sun shower on the beach. One day we had a private concert with some of the best Reggaeton singers, their names were Ñejo & dalmata.

The food was very nasty, but the breakfasts were good. Some days we went to eat at a mall near the hotel, at pizza hut. The day of the concert some Bolivians threw me a drink to my clothes.

VACATIONS

My best vacations in my life were in the last summer, I went to Dominican Republic. I will tell you the story of those trips. When Colombian boys and girls are in 11th grade, and during summer; they go to some places to celebrate the last year of the school, in my case the whole grade decided to go to a beautiful island in the Caribbean Sea, Dominican Republic. The trip began in the South bus Terminal of Medellin, there, a lot of people went to travel together. A friend and I bought a bottle of “Aguardiente” (classic Colombian liquor) and we started the party, right there in the bus.

The bus went to the airport, we were so anxious with the trip. When we arrived to the airport and passed the security, everybody thought we were just one step to be in the best vacations of our lives. Finally, the flight started landing and the feeling was amazing. The rest of the story is history… (JeJeJe).

AMAZING VACATIONS

Well, I have to say that I haven’t had any exciting vacations recently, but I remember the best vacation time I’ve ever had, it was when I went to USA with my family, it was 3 years ago, during the end of the winter season. It was a really cold time but it didn´t bother us because we went there looking for adventure, due to this, as soon as we arrived to Miami’s international airport, we rented a car and began our trip around USA. At the beginning, we didn’t know what to do, or where to go, but after a few minutes later, we decided to travel from Miami to Los Angeles. That’s how this story began, I was with my family in a van, driving through American highways and interstates, It was completely amazing I saw landscapes that I’d never seen before, I really enjoyed the Colorado river, the helicopter´s view of the Colorado canyon and the really big orange plantations, but finally after all of this natural wonders, we arrived to Los Angeles, to be more specific, to Las Vegas, it was something surprising, I was amazed because of the lights, the casinos, the restaurants, the beautiful hotels and buildings; I mean, it was just something unbelievable; there, we enjoyed as if we were famous stars, everything was going perfect but it was time to homecoming, I was so sad, vacations were over and after a month there, we had to come back to Colombia, we didn’t want to finish our trip but it was time to return to reality, so after all, we just took an airplane and came back to this lovely Latin country Colombia.
